"To prohibit from November 1 the heads of organizations, including fisheries, mining and construction, to attract workers who have not been vaccinated against the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) for seasonal (rotational) work," RIA Novosti quotes an order from the governor of the region.

Exceptions are recent illness and contraindications to vaccination.
