  According to reports, Cleo Smith and his family went to a seaside camping site in Carnarvon, Western Australia. The next morning, he was found to have disappeared with a sleeping bag.

  Western Australia Governor Mark McGowan said the bounty will be paid to people who provide clues to find Cleo, or people who participated in the disappearance can be arrested and convicted.
