Both events occurred within an hour and a half, and in close proximity to each other.
At present, however, the police cannot say whether they are in any way connected to each other.
- At the moment, we handle it as two separate events, says Fredrik Svedemyr, the police spokesman.

Both people who were stabbed have been taken to hospital by ambulance, but neither of them should have life-threatening injuries.
In the first incident, the police were able to arrest a person suspected of attempted murder.
- We will hold interrogations during the day and look at the results of the technical investigations we have done, says Fredrik Svedemyr.
