Another 16% of the respondents chose the option “other”.

Earlier it was reported that the most common factor, important for respondents when choosing a profession, was the level of wages (72%).

The top 5 important factors also included work schedule and conditions (43 and 35%), emotional satisfaction (27%) and the ability to work remotely (26%).
