20 October 2021 The garrison of the no Green pass groups continues in Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia in Trieste, with no more than 200 people, scattered in the space between the Prefecture and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region building, after the demonstrations and tensions of the past days.

About half of the central space of the city is occupied by various militants, including slogans chanted by beating plastic bottles on the ground, a corner with the sale of water and other foodstuffs. For the rest there are some groups of people of various origins, observed from a distance by the police.

A small group has formed around a well-known former boxer and former exponent of the city right, who wears the yellow vest of the CLPT - the dockers' organization which has however dissociated from the protest after the latest clashes - and wields a religious icon and a rosary, which talked for half an hour with the people.

Some demonstrators yesterday announced that they would leave to return on Friday, on the occasion of the march.
