According to him, the joint exercise "Union Shield" will be the most ambitious event stipulated by this document.
As the Russian minister specified, this exercise will take place in 2023.
Earlier it was reported that Russia and Belarus have prepared a new Military Doctrine of the Union State, which will be approved in the near future.
