Minister of Infrastructure Tomas Eneroth proposes a review of requirements for seat belts, tougher requirements for driving tests or some form of driving license, requirements for construction and that it should not be possible to tune the A-tractor.
But to reduce traffic problems, higher speeds are also being considered.
