A young man of 17, a student at the Lycée Viollet-le-Duc de Villiers-Saint-Frédéric (Yvelines) appeared before the judge for children of Versailles on Tuesday.
He is suspected of sexually harassing a 14-year-old comrade, reports 78actu.
The suspect as well as the presumed victim reside in the boarding school of this vocational school.
At the beginning of October, the respondent allegedly made a recording in which he requested a sexual favor from the teenager who shares his room.
The suspect allegedly threatened to release a compromising video if his victim did not comply.
Judged in December
The recording would have circulated massively within the school.
Placed in custody, the teenager would have recognized the facts but would have tried to minimize them by ensuring that it was a joke, detail our colleagues.
He was released with a ban on contact with the victim and placed under judicial supervision.
His judgment is due to take place in December.
The young man will also be subject to disciplinary proceedings at the high school this Thursday.
His close environment will be monitored by the police for a while because he has received death threats on social networks.
