October 19, 2021 An earthquake measuring 6 on the Richter scale shook the Mediterranean region of Turkey today.



This was reported by the national agency for the management of emergencies and natural disasters.

The epicenter of the quake was located off the coast of the Kas district, in the province of Antalya, at 8:32 local time, at a depth of 36 kilometers.



There are currently no reports of casualties or serious damage.
