The Prosecutor's Office abandoned this Monday the passive role that it has exercised in the investigation into the arrival in Spain of the leader of the Polisario Front

with a concise and forceful writing in which it distances itself from the criteria of the State Lawyers.

The Public Ministry is placed in the opposite extreme by not showing itself in favor of filing the procedure as pursued by the representation of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Arancha González Laya, investigated in the case.

, who insists on the need to continue investigating the circumstances of the "peculiar" arrival of the historic Saharawi leader.

challenges the appeal where the Lawyer requested the file, and he does so "in the interest of - he specifies - that the order of the appealed judge (by the Lawyers) be confirmed on its grounds". That is, he asks to ratify the document with which the instructor denied the dismissal and in which, among other things, he accused the Government of "a frontal violation" of the

regulation

with the entry of Brahim Ghali.

The prosecutor also legitimizes the popular accusations, whom González Laya's lawyer wanted out by not recognizing them.

He considers that the channels for the characterization were correct because, he clarifies, "all the necessary requirements" were met.

The prosecutor reacts

The lawyer has always maintained that they are not an injured party and, in fact, the former Foreign Minister refused to answer her questions when she went to testify on October 4.
