Zuev's lawyer Sergei Sevruk in a commentary to TASS noted that it fully corresponds to the plot, according to which the charge was brought against the ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Education Marina Rakova: non-fulfillment of state contracts for the Teacher of the Future project of the Education national project.
“According to the version of the investigation, the money allocated for state contracts was stolen by the persons involved in the case.
It goes without saying that my client does not admit his guilt, ”the lawyer explained.
On October 13, the Tverskoy District Court ruled to send Zuev to house arrest until December 7.
The investigation asked for the arrest of the defendant.
