"To establish that in organizations, regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership, without presentation by citizens who have reached the age of 18 and older, an identity document and valid personal QR codes ... services are not allowed," RIA Novosti quotes the resolution.

QR codes will be required to visit trade facilities, with the exception of pharmacies and retail stores with essential goods, culture, sports, leisure and entertainment.

From October 25, the measure will affect the cities of Kogalym, Langepas, Megion, Nefteyugansk, Nizhnevartovsk, Nyagan, Pokachi, Pyt-Yakh, Raduzhny, Urai, Khanty-Mansiysk, from November 8 - Surgut, Yagorsk and other municipalities of the region.

Earlier, the authorities of Tuva decided to introduce mandatory QR codes in the region for visiting cultural facilities, sports, catering, shopping centers and hotels due to the worsening situation with the coronavirus.
