- Not only does the geographical location attract, the region also has a strong corporate culture.

The fact that Mälardalen University is also located in the city has contributed to us choosing to establish ourselves here, says CEO Peter Hellgren in a press release.

Future industry

On Monday, the company held a press conference together with Eskilstuna municipality about the establishment.

The municipality's business director Niklas Edmark believes that the establishment is important, among other things because IT and communication are a future industry.

The company expects to have employed at least 40 people in Eskilstuna within two years.

Went according to plan in Nyköping

When the company established itself in Nyköping in 2019, there was also talk of about 40 new jobs - and today 41 people work in the office there, says Peter Hellgren.

It involves 35 consultants, two sales people, two recruiters and two in management positions.

Is it realistic to believe in a similar development in Eskilstuna?

- Yes, I think so, and much is connected to the opportunity to work remotely towards Stockholm.

There is a very great lack of this competence, says Peter Hellgren.

He points out that the lack of skills is great in the entire industry and that one must become better at attracting people to the profession.
