"The Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin instructed the Deputy Governor David Melik-Guseinov to take personal control over the provision of assistance to victims of a major road accident in Nizhny Novgorod," the statement said.
It is specified that there were no minors among the victims of the road accident, no one died.
The prosecutor's office of the Nizhny Novgorod region organized an investigation into the incident.
