Died Tuesday at the age of 101, Hubert Germain had joined General de Gaulle in London in June 1940. His eulogy was pronounced by the President of the Republic who greeted the last of the 1038 Companions of the Liberation, engaged from the start in the Free French Forces when he was only 20 years old.
