“These are all issues that just fit very well on our agenda and coincide with our interests,” Overchuk told TASS.
He explained that Russia is interested in combating the illegal withdrawal of funds to offshores and increasing the transparency of the world's tax systems.
The Deputy Prime Minister cited the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) as a positive example because it “did a lot to improve the transparency of the tax system”.
Earlier, Overchuk said that representatives of Russian and American business are interested in expanding ties with each other.
