Vaccines and fake Green Passes, Guardia di Finanza seizes the Telegram channel

October 15, 2021 Two Telegram channels, "Green Bypass 2.0" and "Authentic Green Pass Sale" are under preventive seizure. The measure was taken by the Catania prosecutor's office and validated by the investigating judge. The two channels, in which 5,200 and 120 users were registered respectively, proposed the sale of fake Green Passes. The price: 250 euros in cryptocurrency.
The investigation of the Postal Police Department of Catania was triggered by the Digos report. Experts from the Postal Police managed to identify two participants in the groups. The public prosecutor ordered the home and computer search. Investigators seized smartphones and computer media.
Investigations continue to identify other participants. Telegram has blacked out the channels.
