On July 31 this year, the accident that shook a small community occurred.

Four girls were taken to hospital after the A-tractor they were traveling in crashed straight into a tree on Berglundavägen in Sörberge, Timrå municipality.

When the police arrived at the scene, it could be stated that it went fast, much faster than the permitted speed for an A-tractor, and that the driver was drunk.

Driver under the influence of alcohol

According to the indictment, the driver, under the influence of alcohol and with three unrestrained fellow passengers in an A-tractor converted into a car, was driving at high speed on the road in a densely populated area where the maximum permitted speed is 50 kilometers per hour.
