The court found Vasilyeva guilty of inciting violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules at an uncoordinated rally.

According to the law, the convict will not be able to travel outside Moscow and leave her apartment at night during the year.

Vasilyeva herself was late for the announcement and was not allowed into the courtroom.

She was waiting for a decision in the hallway.

The head of the "Alliance of Doctors" told RT that she did not agree with the verdict and planned to appeal it, but a year of restriction of freedom for her was "not so much."

“I think in a couple of months it will all stop.

But it is a little unpleasant that the preventive measure was left in force until the sentence came, so I cannot rest as I wanted, ”Vasilyeva said.

She also told RT that her trip to the colony to see Alexei Navalny was a mistake, and named the reasons for her discord with the FBK leaders **.

“Look at this for real.

One rally, second, third, fourth, fifth.

Is something changing?

No! ”- shared Vasilyeva.

Earlier, Vasilyeva declared her innocence in the Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow.

The prosecution asked the court to impose a punishment on Vasilyeva in the form of restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year and 8 months.

At the beginning of the year, Anastasia Vasilyeva urged Muscovites to go to unauthorized rallies and protests in support of Alexei Navalny.
