She added that Qatari women are an honorable model for their country in all fields, as they have been able to carry the banner of creativity, innovation and excellence, and have contributed to building a more prosperous and advanced future, to take the lead in various work sites, activate their role and maximize their responsibilities in all sectors, whether they are sports, social, political or economic, so that Qatari women become a real partner in sustainable development programs and plans and the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Prior to joining the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Fatima Al Nuaimi held the position of Director of Cyber ​​Security in the Information and Communication Technology and Society Department at the ictQATAR.

In 2013, she joined the team of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy - the body responsible for delivering the infrastructure projects needed to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup - and rose in positions until she reached the position of Executive Director of Communications in the Committee.

Fatima Al-Nuaimi, during her time in the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, contributed to achieving great achievements and actively participating in hosting successful global events on the way to organizing the 2022 World Cup, including the FIFA Club World Cup in 2019 and 2020, and the Arab Gulf Cup in its 24th edition (Gulf 24 ), and the African Football Super Cup for 3 consecutive years, and also led teams to open a number of Qatar World Cup stadiums, including two that were opened at the height of the emerging Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic.
