According to TASS, without them it is no longer possible to visit public events, hospitals and nursing homes, restaurants and bars, gyms and nightclubs, as well as museums, theaters and cinemas.

The pass is compulsory for all persons over 16 years of age throughout Brussels and its satellite cities.

It is not required on public transport, in shops, offices and educational institutions, as well as on open terraces of restaurants.
