The six arrested perpetrators of the blitz in the headquarters of the CGIL and protagonists of the clashes on Saturday in Rome remain in prison. This was decided by the investigating judge of the Capital, after the validation hearing, he issued a new precautionary custody order for Giuliano Castellino, Roberto Fiore, both from Forza Nuova, the former Nar, Luigi Aronica, Pamela Tesa, Biagio Passaro from Io Apro and Salvatore Lubrano.

The papers of the investigation

During the clashes that took place on Saturday in Rome, "sticks, iron bars and other offending objects" were used. The detail emerges from the request for validation of the arrest formulated by the Public Prosecutor of Rome against six people who are also contested with resistance and a multiple aggravated threat to a public official in competition and devastation. The cases are disputed to Roberto Fiore, Giuliano Castellino and Pamela Testa of Forza Nuova, the former Nar Luigi Aronica, Biagio Passaro of IoApro and Salvatore Lubrano.

The prosecutors of piazzale Clodio in the charge, affirm that the six and others not yet identified in "competition with each other" have "used violence and threats against state police officers who were carrying out an act of their office". In particular, to the police who had "created a cordon aimed at avoiding acts of violence and also placed to protect the union". The magistrates contest the aggravating circumstance of having threatened and attacked "the operatives exceeding 5 people during the demonstration and committing the crime with sticks, iron bars and other offending objects".

Castellino to agents: take us to Landini

"Take us to Landini or we'll go and get him". This is what the Roman leader of Forza Nuova, Giuliano Castellino, told some police officers during the demonstration last Saturday. The sentence is reported in the request for validation of the arrest that was made to the investigating judge by the investigators of the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office.

In the 9-page act, the magistrates reconstruct the entire protest against the Green Pass that began with the peaceful garrison in Piazza del Popolo and then resulted in the assault on the CGIL headquarters and various riots in the historic center of the capital and near the Parliament. "Despite the mediation attempts put in place by the police with the three people who had placed themselves at the head of the march, Luigi Aronica, Roberto Fiore and Castellino himself, the demonstrators continued the march by opposing violent resistance against the operators who had activated a lightening charge ", he explains.

The prosecutors then explain that the "troublemakers" - about 3 thousand arrived under the headquarters of the CGIL - Castellino turned to a police officer placed to protect the headquarters, saying: 'let us pass, we will enter'.

Despite the agents' attempts to make the group desist, Castellino addressed the crowd urging them to head towards the union headquarters with unequivocal gestures.

In order to achieve this goal, the demonstrators carried out acts of violence and aggression against police officers ".
