• Combine flour, melted butter and 1 tbsp. to c. salt. Add 2 eggs and 12.5 cl of water then knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cut the vegetables into very thin slices. Roll out ⅓ of the dough into a large disc and cut a large half-moon in it. Cut 2 sticks and 2 discs of 5 centimeters in the rest of the dough.

• Fold aluminum foil lengthwise into a strip 2 cm wide, then form 1 large circle. Place this large circle on the half-moon and garnish it with the rest of the dough, spread out into a large disc. Prick the dough with a fork and sprinkle the grated mozzarella on the dough disc.

• Roll 1 first slice of vegetable on itself and place it in the center of the dough disc.

Roll up this roll with the other strips until the disc is filled with dough.

Place the dough sticks at one end of the half-moon and place the discs on it to form the eyes of a snail.

• Mix 4 eggs, liquid cream, salt and pepper, then pour over the vegetables.

Bake for 15 min.

at 180 ° C.

Out of the oven, remove the aluminum ring and place 1 cherry tomato half on each eye of the snail.

Add a dash of mayonnaise on the tomatoes and draw a snail smile.
