According to the residents of the poison plots on Mariebo, there has been no dialogue between them and Jönköping municipality to try to find a solution.

- To get a quick and good solution for the residents, we want a dialogue with the municipality.

But so far they have declined, says lawyer Madeleine Lilliehöök, who represents the residents.

In the clip you hear Katarina Prien who lives on one of the poisoned plots.

Threatens court

Lawyer Carl Lindblom, who also represents the residents, says that if they do not have a dialogue, they will turn to a court.

- There is only one thing to do if we do not get a dialogue and that is to send in a lawsuit.

The municipality has said that the case is statute-barred, but we see it in a different way, he says.

Has sent out information

The municipality writes in a press release during the day that they have sent out information to the residents continuously during the process.

- The municipality believes that the residents have access to good information channels and the opportunity to have a dialogue with the relevant authorities.

The project must be allowed to run and it is led by the principal SGU.

Hopefully we will soon know how the clean-up will go, says Mona Forsberg (S), municipal councilor in Jönköping municipality.
