Sunday, in Fontaine (Isère), a 43-year-old woman tried to commit suicide by jumping from the second floor of a building, reports Le Dauphiné Libéré.

Several witnesses attended the scene and did everything to help the forty-something.

After several attempts, the upstairs neighbor managed to enter the apartment.

He tried to reason with her.

"It was panic", assures a man to our colleagues.

The witnesses who remained at the bottom of the building sought a solution to cushion the fall of the suicidal, in case she should act.

So a man moved his vehicle just below the window.

"It was really impressive"

A mattress was installed on the roof of the car.

"We had hoped that it does not jump," assures its owner.

Thus, the neighbors tried for ten minutes to reason with the woman.

In vain.

“She fell right on the mattress,” explains the owner of the car.

It was really impressive.

The inhabitant, dazed, was able to take advantage of the attention of her neighbors, while help arrived.

It was then transported to the chocking service of the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital by the Samu.
