President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida plan to have a phone call today on the 14th, Kyodo News reported yesterday (13th), borrowing the words of a Japanese government source.
If the call is reached, it will be the first contact between the leaders of the two countries since Kishida took office last week.
