Gryzlov said the OSCE did not react to the behavior of Kiev

He stated this following the results of the next meeting in the format of a video conference.

"We still do not see the proper reaction of the OSCE and other representatives of the international community to Ukraine's behavior both on the ground and in the negotiation process," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying. 

Earlier, Gryzlov said that the Kiev delegation at the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Donbass sabotages the peace process and brings it to the point of absurdity.
