The coronavirus pandemic has caused the flight of Parisians to the province.

A noticeable migration in schools: nearly 6,000 children have left the benches of Parisian schools.

A drop which represents around 4% of schoolchildren in the capital, but which pleases teachers who see their classes less busy.

The March 2020 containment saw a wave of Parisians migrate to the province.

Since the massive introduction of teleworking, customs have changed.

Many have taken a liking to life in Lyon, Marseille, or even Lille.

Departures that are felt in the school environment.

Indeed, at the start of the 2021 school year, nearly 6,000 schoolchildren were missing.

Figures twice as high as in previous years.

We happens a little bit to have the impression of being more peaceful, of having a more peaceful class and therefore more conducive to learning. There are times when I manage to have time to watch what the children are doing and it allows you to work better. "

The fear of parents, however, is that some classes are closing their doors.
