　　Public information shows that Wang Like was born in December 1964, Manchu, from Penglai, Shandong, with a university degree from the Central Party School and a master's degree in business administration. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984 and joined the work in December 1980.

He has been active in the police in Liaoning for a long time and was transferred to Jiangsu in March 2013.

　　The website of the State Supervision Commission of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection reported on September 22 that Wang Like was expelled from the party and public office for serious violations of discipline and law.

He was accused of never really establishing ideals and convictions, never being loyal and honest with the party, and was accused of severely undermining the political ecology of the political and legal system, especially the public security system, in the area where he served.

　　It is worth mentioning that after Wang Like was expelled from the party and public office, Li Xuezheng, the director system and general distributor of the TV series "The Name of the People", issued a document stating that Wang Like had strongly interfered in the broadcast of the show in 2017 and not only used its influence. In an effort to stop it from broadcasting, it also ordered the deletion of all "thankful" units involved in Jiangsu's political and legal departments, and severely criticized the relevant departments for their support for the filming work.
