On Tuesday evening, the police received several calls about shootings in Farsta beach in southern Stockholm.
Two injured people were found at the scene.
- Two people are seriously injured, says police spokesperson Helena Boström Thomas.
The police are on site with several units, among other things to interrogate witnesses.
- We have quite a few resources there now, including dog patrol.
We try to talk to people who have information to provide.
The site has been cordoned off pending a technical investigation and the police have initiated a preliminary investigation into attempted murder.
No person has been arrested.
The alarm came at 21.54 on Tuesday evening.
