.

He was appearing for forgery, forgery, breach of trust, covert work and fraud against water mill owners between 2014 and 2017.

Denis Bouzon had created an association whose activity was to promote the hydroelectric renovation of water mills.

It issued their owners with a false "certificate of environmental compliance".

A document that led the clients of the company disguised as an association to undertake work - when they were not in good standing.

False official documents

"My intention was simple, that the owners respect the law and make it public to the administration", explained the defendant.

He acknowledged that these elements can be confusing.

The deceptive certificate had a false official header.

A former collaborator had even confided to having falsified the results of a study.

In addition, the local figure of the RN had embezzled 40,000 euros from the association for personal purposes.

This misappropriated and undeclared income made him guilty of covert work, especially since the defendant was receiving aid during this period.

Denis Bouzon was released for forgery and use of forgery.

For the other charges, he was sentenced to four months in prison with probationary suspension accompanied by the obligation to compensate the civil parties.
