Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov spoke about this at the opening of the annual meeting of the American-Russian Business Council.
His words are quoted by the Russian embassy on Facebook.
"These days Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Logvinovich Overchuk will visit the American capital," said the head of the Russian diplomatic mission.
He added that Overchuk is scheduled to meet with representatives of the American administration and businessmen on bilateral trade and investment.
Earlier, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that US Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland is holding constructive meetings in Russia.
