October 12, 2021 Forza Nuova militants who signed the statement published on the far-right party's website after the arrests on Sunday morning are under investigation. The charge charged is that of instigation to commit a crime aggravated by the use of IT or telematic means. In particular, Giuseppe Provenzale, Luca Castellini, Davide Cirillo and Stefano Saija are called into question in relation to the seizure of the portal carried out yesterday evening by the Postal Police.

The judicial provision explains that the suspects "publicly instigated to commit a plurality of crimes" and also "carry out through the use of the web an activity of sharing and justification and therefore of exaltation and incitement to the commission of crimes characterized by violence".

Meanwhile, two investigations have been opened on the clashes that took place on Saturday in Rome.
