French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel held telephone talks on Monday with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

“The parties agreed on the need to work on the full implementation of the conclusions (of the Paris summit) and, to this end, agreed to organize a ministerial meeting between France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine in the coming weeks,” the Elysee Palace said in a statement.

Earlier, the Kremlin press service commented on the negotiations.
