Organizers as participants thought they had found the right plan for this New Year under curfew due to Covid-19, but the party had finally come to an end when the police arrived.

The gendarmes had fined half of the 300 revelers on the spot and arrested three organizers of this clandestine party, held in the 10th arrondissement of Marseille.

Two of these organizers, prosecuted for "hidden work", "concealment of activity" and "endangering the life of others", were sentenced this Monday morning to fines of 8,000 euros, including 4,000 suspended, reports

The company through which this event was organized was fined 20,000 euros, including 10,000 suspended.
