263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic safety rules and the operation of air transport, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence), ”the message says.
It is noted that at the moment the investigators are seizing pre-flight documentation, the eyewitnesses of the tragedy are being questioned, and other investigative actions are being taken to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
On October 10, it became known that an L-410 aircraft with paratroopers on board crashed in Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Health of Russia said that 16 people died, six more were injured.
The authorities of Tatarstan declared October 11 a day of mourning in connection with the crash of the L-410 aircraft.
