On April 23, 2021, a man in his 50s entered the Luna Gallery wearing a printed sweater with a racist motif.

The shirt also had text with a reference to the so-called laser man.

The man can be seen on the surveillance cameras in a store when he is wearing the shirt.

Law enforcement officers took the man into custody and called the police.

- This picture is perceived as threatening, says prosecutor Johanna Rejdemo Storbjörk.

The message was spread by the shirt being worn in public and could be seen by many people, according to the prosecutor - therefore the man is now being prosecuted for incitement against an ethnic group.
