A 24-year-old was arrested Tuesday in Toulouse.

The police identified him as the one who broke into a pizzeria in the Borderouge district on September 28 and stabbed a customer, seated alone, before fleeing.

The 46-year-old victim was seriously injured in the hand and shoulder, to the point that he was prescribed 21 days of ITT upon discharge from the hospital.

The alleged perpetrator of the attack was found thanks to the description of his vehicle but also to the connection with an argument, a priori futile, which occurred on the same day.

To avenge his half-sister

That morning, the future victim was helping friends move out when a dispute arose with other residents of the apartment building.

Among them, a 24-year-old girl, half-sister of the suspect.

The latter was driving her back when she recognized the forty-something sitting in the restaurant.

The youngster is said to have donned his avenger costume after dropping her off at her house.

The young girl was also taken into custody but left free at the end.

His half-brother was brought to the prosecution this Thursday morning and must be tried for "willful injuries with a weapon".
