vanilla extract, 6 slices of white bread, 20 g raspberry jam, 7 raspberries, 2 blueberries, 50 g dark chocolate, lime zest, grated coconut

The recipe in video

• Cut 2 slices of watermelon, 1 of melon and 1 of yellow melon.

Using a tall glass, hollow out the slices.

Place 1 pineapple slice in a watermelon slice and 1 strawberry cut in the center to fill the slices.

Place 1 slice of watermelon hollowed out in the center in the slice of melon then 1 kiwi.

Place kiwifruit cut in a circle in the yellow melon slice and the center of the watermelon slice in the middle.

Stack the slices and cut the skins evenly to form a tower.

• Whip in mascarpone whipped cream, icing sugar, liquid cream, vanilla and lime zest.

Cover the tower with this whipped cream then sprinkle with grated coconut.

Place in the fridge.

• Flatten the slices of sandwich bread with the rolling pin then cut 4 small discs, 4 medium, 2 large and 2 large ovals for the ears. Inside the 2 large ovals, cut out 1 smaller oval and place them on top of the 2 remaining large ovals. Distribute the jam in the center of the ovals, 2 small discs, 2 medium-sized discs and 1 large disc, then cover them with the remaining discs of the same size. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, raise one of the two ears with a spoon and bake for 30 min. at 150 ° C.

• Place the 2 medium-sized discs at the bottom and decorate them with 3 raspberries and 1 blueberry to make legs.

In the middle of the tower, glue the 2 small discs and add 1 raspberry above to finalize the nose.

Draw mustaches and eyes made of melted dark chocolate.

Place the large disc on top of the tower and cover it with grated coconut.

Plant the ovals on top to make the ears of the rabbit.
