According to him, at that time there was "about the same price level" due to global financial changes.
Fedyakov clarified that there had not been such a rise in prices for 40 years.
In July, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia noted in its review that "the dynamics of prices for food products, with the exception of fruits and vegetables, remains generally stable."
