05 October 2021 The Senate of the Republic, like the Chamber of Deputies, will also impose the
obligation of the Green Pass
starting from 15 October.
This is what emerges at Palazzo Madama after the meeting of the Presidency Council, whose guidelines were anticipated during the conference of the group leaders.
To access the premises of the Senate, therefore, it will be necessary to be vaccinated or to undergo a swab in advance.
The
parliamentary allowance
could also be
cut
for those who do not adapt to the new rules for access to the Senate, that is, if they want to enter without the green pass or without showing it or without having performed an anti-covid swab, we learn from the guidelines with which Palazzo Madama adapts to the provisions launched by government for access to workplaces from 15 October.
In that case, the Senators Quaestors and the Presidential Council must be warned that, among the disciplinary sanctions envisaged, they could apply the curtailment of the daily allowance, in addition to non-participation in parliamentary work.
