Mayor of Orenburg Vladimir Ilinykh wrote a letter of resignation

“On September 28, Vladimir Ilinykh wrote a statement to dismiss him from his post as the head of the city of Orenburg,” the message says.

It is noted that "at present, the duties of the head of the city are performed by the first deputy Sergei Salmin."

In May, it was reported that the Vladivostok Duma had made a decision on the resignation of the mayor of the city, Oleg Gumenyuk.
