The man, living in Orrefors in Nybro municipality, has been wanted by several police and Missing People for several months.
But no trace of the man has been found.
No new tips
- The area is well searched but we continue to search regularly, says Susanne Nylander who leads the investigation within the police.
The police are looking for help with dogs in the area, but no new tips about the disappearance have been received by the police.
- We have no new information to go on and no new observations.
The longer the time goes, the more difficult it becomes to get tips in and the information stops over time, says Susanne Nylander.
The man, who is in his 75s, has short white hair.
He is 185 centimeters tall with a slim physique.
When he disappeared on May 3, he was wearing a green hunting jacket with brown leather details, green rubber boots and jeans.
