Dubai Civil Defense teams controlled a fire that broke out in a car showroom in Ras Al Khor, and the fire spread to eight showrooms, causing damage to 55 vehicles out of a total of 8 showrooms.

In detail, the Civil Defense spokesperson said that the Operations Room received a report at about 5:28 am this morning, stating that a fire had occurred at a car showroom in the Ras Al Khor area, pointing out that the Nad Al Sheba Fire and Rescue Center acted immediately as a first responder and a competent authority, and the rescue teams arrived And extinguishing six after receiving the notification.

 He added that by arriving at the site, it was found that the fire was advanced and could extend to the neighboring exhibitions, so the firefighting teams began their tasks of containing the fire and fighting the fire, and received support and backing from the Rashidiya Fire and Rescue Center.

He pointed out that the field commander of the firefighting teams reported, after about half an hour of the combat operations, that there was a need for additional support, so the Port Said and Al Qusais centers were immediately moved to implement the support operations.

He added that the control efforts lasted about 38 minutes from the moment of arrival until the team leader announced that the accident was under control without any injuries or deaths.

He explained that the accident resulted in damage to 55 cars out of a total of eight showrooms that were affected by the fire.
