A doctor struck in the middle of the night by three individuals in Saint-Malo

A practitioner of SOS Médecins was violently assaulted in the night from Sunday to Monday in the Saint-Servan district in Saint-Malo, reports

.

The facts took place around 1 a.m. while the doctor was going to intervene in an elderly person.

As he got out of his vehicle, he was attacked by three visibly alcoholic individuals.

One of them then started hitting him violently, punching and kicking him in the head and chest.

Very stunned and shocked, the doctor finally managed to take cover and notify the police.

Suffering from multiple bruises, he was issued with a temporary incapacity for work of five days.

The doctor lodged a complaint with the police station and an investigation was opened.
