Kyodo: missile launched by DPRK lands outside Japan's EEZ

"The DPRK shell fell outside the Japanese EEZ," the agency informs.

Japan said that two missiles reached an altitude of about 50 km and flew about 750 km before falling in the waters of the Noto Peninsula.

It is noted that the incident caused alarm among the Japanese.

Earlier, the Japanese government said that North Korea launched an object resembling a ballistic missile.
