This Monday morning in the Vosges, around 7:30 am, the driver of a school bus transporting 35 young people fell victim to discomfort before leaving the road in Saint-Gorgon.
He eventually passed away.
The school bus transported students attending Charlemagne college and Jean Lurçat high school in Bruyères.
A schoolboy was slightly injured in the accident, announced the prefecture of the Vosges.
"Quickly arrived on the spot, the emergency services were not able to resuscitate the driver," said the prefecture in a press release.
In a cornfield
The injured youngster was transported to the Epinal hospital center, and a psychological support unit was opened.

, the bus finished its race in a cornfield.
The students were all able to be sent to their schools after the accident, according to the prefecture.
