The materials note that, according to the rules, food is provided for children who are directly in schools.
However, according to the Ministry of Education, from September 1 to December 31, 2020, schools in all regions were on a distance basis.
At the same time, seven subjects of the Russian Federation ensured 100% utilization of the allocated funds for food for schoolchildren: the Vologda, Kaliningrad, Kirov regions, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Tyva and the Chechen Republic.
Last week, the Yakutsk authorities decided to transfer schools and organizations of additional education to distance learning in connection with the increase in the incidence of ARVI.
