• From the height of its 57 m, Higher Roch will be one of the most imposing buildings in Montpellier.

  • The tower is located behind Gare Saint-Roch, at the entrance to the hyper-center.

  • The 76 homes have found takers, at 6,000 euros per m2 on average.

If you were looking to buy an apartment there, it's too late.

From the studio on the ground floor to the

penthouse

with its swimming pool and its 110 m2 terrace, the 76 apartments of Higher Roch have all found takers.

One of the tallest towers in Montpellier, a curvy challenge 57 m high, will be completed and delivered in spring 2022. Fifty-seven meters, one more than the White Tree.

"I wanted it in motion, inspired by flamenco dancers," explains architect Xavier Gonzalez, architectural firm Brenac & Gonzalez.

We have chosen to offer a tower with undulating facades and terraces similar to veritable patios which give the whole a strong Mediterranean connotation.

The Assas tower, summit of Montpellier

The Assas tower, in the Paillade district, rises to an even higher altitude (76 m), four meters higher than the Triangle, at the foot of the Place de la Comédie. But in the Nouveau Saint-Roch district built at the gates of the eponymous station, this tower is “like one of the city's totems”, continues the architect. At its summit, the view is exceptional. We discover the prefecture of Hérault and its evolution over the years, the Ecusson, the canopy of the garden of Peyrou, to the Mediterranean to the south or the Saint-Loup peak.

If the shell is finished and the cranes have left the site, the workers are still busy to complete the construction of this tower.

“The cladding of the tower is in progress with the installation of the guardrails and the metal trellis at the top.

The partitions of the apartments are mounted up to the 13th floor, followed by the floors and exterior fittings, ”explains Pierre Raymond, regional director of Sogeprom-Pragma.

The property developer was responsible for marketing the apartments.

Despite prices commensurate with the structure (around 6,000 euros per m2), all have found a taker.

“30% of them are investors, the others inhabitants who will occupy the apartments after having taken possession of them.
