"The consolidated group of the Amur Rescue Center and the Specialized Fire and Rescue Unit of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Khabarovsk Territory completed work at the crash site of the An-26 aircraft on Khrebtovaya Mountain in the Bolshekhekhtsirsky Reserve," the ministry said in a statement.

On September 22, it became known that the An-26 plane had disappeared from radar in the Khabarovsk Territory.

Later, a Mi-8 helicopter EMERCOM of Russia discovered the wreckage of the crashed aircraft during search operations.

As a result of the crash, the entire An-26 crew (six people) was killed.

On Sunday, September 25, a group of forensic experts and specialists from the Interstate Aviation Committee arrived at the scene.
